Interxion, established in 1998, is a leading European provider of carrier-neutral data centres. Headquartered in the Netherlands, Interxion serves its customers from 23 data centres located in 13 cities across 11 European countries. Interxion delivers a full range of data center, co-location and managed services solutions to more than 1,000 customers, including enterprises, content providers, mobile service providers and hosting and telecommunications companies.
Interxion’s interim report 2008 revealed a revenue growth of 38% to Eur 64,6 million for 6 monthns ending 30 June 2008. Adjusted EBITDA margins increased to 33% from 23% in the same period last year.
Despite the Credit Crunch and very difficult lending environment, Independent Capital Partners successfully helped Interxion to obtain a 135 million revolving credit facility to support its customer led expansion strategy. The facility will provide for the acceleration of the build-out and expansion of Interxion’s data centre footprint across all of the 11 countries.
The credit facility was arranged by Fortis Bank, ING Bank and Rabobank with Fortis Bank acting as agent.
