ITpreneurs develops and exploits standardized and customized courseware which is licensed to partners. The company focuses on the market of ICT best practices trainings worldwide and on the market for courseware specially developed for cultural and socials issues in the Netherlands.
By applying a white label concept and using a partner network ITpreneurs has managed to train 20.000 people in 41 countries in 2006. This concept has made the company one of the fastest growing technology companies in the Netherlands which was also recognized with a 16th and 11th place in de Deloitte Technology Fast 50 of respectively 2007 and 2006.
TIIN Buyout & Growth Fund, a Dutch equity fund, has acquired a significant stake in ITpreneurs.
The issued capital will be used to support the growth strategy of ITpreneurs.
