Stanley van Norden (1981) is senior associate at Independent Capital Partners.
Stanley started his career with an international trading company for which he was stationed in Hong Kong and in Shanghai. In 2007, he was involved in the sale of the European activities of this company to a private equity firm and consequently in the management buy-out of the Asian subsidiary companies.
At Independent Capital Partners he worked on various transactions and for diverse clients. He advised on buy- and sell mandates, mergers, management buy-outs en management buy-ins, equity raisings and (bank) financing arrangements.
Stanley studied business administration with a financial specialisation (MscBA) at the VU University in Amsterdam and he also studied in Lisbon (Portugal).
