In February 2009 Stanley joined Independent Capital Partners. He started his career in Asia, where after graduation, he began working for the international trade organization Kinzo. From the Hong Kong and later the Shanghai offices he held different positions within the procurement and financial departments. In 2007 and 2008 he was involved in the sale of Kinzo’s European activities to a private equity fund and also with the management buy out of the Asian subsidiary companies.
